I am a relationship specialist who works with couples to address concerns that are getting in the way of living a fulfilling life together. All couples have problems and challenges to overcome, and many couples struggle with
foundational skills to resolve their issues. I can help you to have productive conversations about topics such as problem solving, intimacy, emotional connection, parenting, finances, household responsibilities, and extended family relationships--and any other topic that you are struggling with.
My approach to counselling brings together Attachment Theory and Cognitive-Behavioural Theory to help couples better understand both themselves and each other. By looking at how thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and childhood observations and experiences all play a role in relationships, we can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. This approach helps couples make sense of their patterns, have more meaningful conversations, and build a stronger, more connected relationship. Working together, we will focus on practical tools and deeper insights that support lasting change and a more fulfilling partnership.
Individuals who are recovering from a break-up, or past relationship experiences, will find help here to heal and to prepare to find the love they desire.
While my primary focus is individuals and couples looking for support to navigate relationship challenges, I also assist adults with other concerns such as parenting, divorce, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief.

Sherwood Park Counselling Centre is a co-operative business that provides an opportunity for affiliate counsellors to share space and resources to provide comprehensive mental health services.
My clinical practice centres on trauma (including complex trauma and sexual violence), eating disorders, ADHD/neurodivergency, grief and loss, and perinatal mental health. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported—somewhere we can navigate even the most complex and painful experiences together with care and clarity.
I work with clients in areas such as grief, diversity and inclusion, women’s mental health, aging, trauma, EMDR, relational therapy, and body image. I’m particularly passionate about supporting clients through life transitions—returning to work, adjusting to parenting or aging, coping with loss or a diagnosis, or moving through relationship changes.
We are located in a new building on the south-east corner of Wye Road and Hillshire Blvd—turn south onto Hillshire Blvd and then take the first left turn to access the parking lot. Our office is on the second floor of the
two-story building.
